A MOOOVING EXPERIENCE:
On June 30th while most of you slept, I helped milk 200 cows at 4:30 am in Ontario! What a cool experience.
This milking rig is like a merry go round full of cows. And apparently the cows love it. They clamour to get on. Maybe they like the idea of facing each other?
I had a good time... even if I got crapped on a bit...

CANADA DAY - HOUSE TO GROUSE: My foolhardy Canada Day tradition... running from my house in Vancouver (near Queen Elizabeth Park) to the top of Grouse Mountain. About 18 km and mostly uphill. 2:53:00 to the very top!
