I SLEPT ON THE GREAT WALL!
Challenging to get to and totally illegal, but this was a really cool experience that will be a great tale to tell in the new show.
MUDPIT – DIRTIEST CAVE IN ASIA?:
If you don’t think you get dirty enough with regular spelunking (caving), you can go deep underground in Yangshuo, China and REALLY get into the muck…
CRUCIFIXION AS A HOBBY?:
These volunteers must have some serious sins to atone for to be willing to be nailed to crosses… As you will see this is a FAMILY event too!

MONEY WELL SPENT:
The KHAM Centre in Kangding (near Tibet) provides subsidized cataract surgeries (assisted by Vancouver’s SEVA). I got to follow the process and decided to pay for surgeries for 3 Tibetan sisters who travelled 1200 km over 3 days to get there! Buying them their vision may have been the best value for money I have ever spent.
